Eligibility Criteria for SSC GD Vacancy 2018:
Education: The contenders who have pass secondary exam from recognized board or university with minimum passing marks are applicable to apply or equivalent qualification can apply.
Age: Applicants should follow the age criteria of SSC Vacancy 2018-19. The minimum age for SSC GD is 18 years and Upper age limit is 23 years. The reserved category candidates will get age relaxation as per rules of SSC or Govt. of India. The age relaxation for OBC Category is 3 years; SC/ST Category is 5 years and 3 to 8 years for ex serviceman category candidates.
Nationality: The applicants should be Indian Citizen or can be from Nepal, Bhutan or Tibetan Refugee who settled in India before 1st January 1962 is applicable.
Physical Standard: The Height and Chest of applicants should be below provided information.
Height: The applicants who belong to Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Dogras, Marathas and candidate belong to Assam, HP and JK should have height 165 cm for male and 155 cm for female. Height of Scheduled Tribes (ST) is 162.5 for male and 150 cm for female. The height for north eastern state for male category is 162.5 cm and 152.5 cm for female. The candidates who belong to Scheduled tribes of north eastern states height for male candidates should be 160 cm and 147.5 cm for female candidates.
